A private AI engine the firm owns outright

Designed, procured, and delivered an on-premises AI platform for a DFSA-regulated investment firm, from GPU selection (96GB workstation-class hardware) through inference serving, retrieval over the firm's deal libraries, branded memo and deck generation from chat, and a 28-question evaluation harness. Two operating modes keep proprietary work physically separated from web research. Delivered as a one-time capital purchase instead of a compounding per-seat subscription.

02 · Investment Firm · DIFC, Dubai

Deal flow, portfolio and team in one stack

A suite of internal platforms run day-to-day by an investment team: a deal pipeline CRM with kanban views and admin approval workflows; a portfolio manager with multi-exchange live pricing, FX handling, and a daily branded PDF emailed to partners; a workstream portal partners use to see what the team is carrying each week; and an investee intelligence tracker with news scoring, alerting, and covenant monitoring, all behind Microsoft Entra single sign-on.

A family office's public face and private tools

Designing and building the public website for a Dubai family office (brand, motion, and an eight-page site), with a private family portal blueprint behind it: portfolio database, live dashboards, and structured product analytics. Separately deployed and productionized a structured-products workbench with Monte Carlo pricing for FCNs and decumulators, AI-assisted ticker research, and branded PDF reports.

The operating system for a US sales force

Replaced a Google Forms and spreadsheet workflow with a full sales & operations platform: order entry reconciled against the 3PL's invoices, accounts receivable aging, inventory sync, tastings and ROI, payroll with commission structures, territory mapping, an AI sales manager producing rep scorecards and coaching, and outbound AI voice agents. Migrated from serverless hosting to Google Cloud mid-flight with zero downtime.

05 · Conscious Fashion Brand · Dubai

An ERP that made Shopify tell the truth

Built a complete inventory and operations ERP for a multi-location vegan accessories brand, covering goods received, transfers, purchase orders, invoicing with VAT, packing materials and loan check-in/out for shoots and events, with two-way Shopify sync where the ERP is the source of truth. Reconciled six years of sales history to 97.8% product linkage, then locked it. The monthly leadership report the founder used to build by hand is now generated in one click.
